Contract or Permanent Placements:
This option enables clients of Allied Recruitment to benefit from the experience and knowledge of our consultants whilst "outsourcing" the expensive and labour intensive functions in recruitment and selection. Contract or Permanent Placements can also attract a greater volume of committed applicants due to the security offered by contract or permanent employment.
Allied Recruitment will orchestrate the entire recruitment and selection process; from developing the selection criteria and advertising through to screening, short-listing, appraising and interviewing applicants. Our services do not stop here - where requested we can also assist with the construction of an employment contract and conduct performance appraisals during any probationary period.
Labour Hire or Limited Tenure Contracts:
This option enables clients of Allied Recruitment to engage the services of their employee without incurring the added responsibilities of employing personnel.
Allied Recruitment is the legal employer of the engaged candidate and as such is responsible for all statutory requirements such as payroll tax, superannuation, work cover and group certificates.
